This five session series will provide an introduction to the definition, nature and basic foundations of Contemporary Art. It will review the transition from the “Modern” to the “Contemporary” and it will analyse major issues in the agenda of Contemporary Art, with references to essential art movements and particular artists from the 1960's till today.
